1. General Policy

Audara Collective offers coaching programs, memberships, events, and related services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

By purchasing or enrolling in any program, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

For monthly memberships and subscription-based programs:

- Payments are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

- No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods, unused sessions, or missed participation.

- Access remains active through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

3. Coaching Programs

For group coaching, studio programs, or one-on-one coaching:

- All purchases are non-refundable once access is granted or services have begun.

- Missed sessions are not refundable and may not be rescheduled unless explicitly stated.

4. Events & Retreats

For workshops, events, and retreats:

- Event registrations are non-refundable.

- Tickets may be transferable to another attendee with prior written approval.

If Audara Collective cancels an event, registrants will receive a refund or credit at our discretion.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Audara Collective violates this policy.

We reserve the right to:

- Suspend or terminate access to services

- Recover fees associated with chargebacks

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if granted, are at the sole discretion of Audara Collective and must be requested in writing. Approval is not guaranteed.

7. Changes to This Policy

Audara Collective reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
