Dana founded Audara Collective after two decades of operational work across businesses of every size and stage. The CEO Shift is built from what actually changes things inside a company.

Dana has spent her career working directly inside businesses at every stage of growth. For the past six years, that work has focused specifically on helping business owners remove themselves from daily operations. Not partially. Not in theory. Fully, in businesses with real teams, real clients, and real operational complexity.

As co-founder of The Opus & Golds Group, a sister company to Audara Collective, she has worked with trades and service businesses ranging from under $1M to $100M+ in revenue. Several of those founders have stepped fully out of daily operations. Some have taken their companies to successful exits.

That range is what The CEO Shift is built from. Dana has seen what breaks at every stage of growth. She knows what the path out of the bottleneck looks like at $3M and at $50M, in a law firm and in a trades business and in a marketing agency.
